OneByZero is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI) to design, build, and own production agentic systems inside regulated enterprises across Asia Pacific. You will work in client squads, guiding AI coworkers, and ensuring robust, well-evaluated solutions that teams can extend.

The role emphasizes writing evaluations before features, integrating with legacy APIs, and delivering secure, production-ready code. A strong Python background and AWS expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong Python fundamentals with production-grade discipline.
• Experience with agent frameworks and RAG architectures is a plus.
• AWS proficiency and relevant certifications are valued.
• DevSecOps fluency including CI/CD and IaC.
• Solid CS/engineering/math/physics foundation.
• Curiosity, ownership, and strong client-facing communication.

Responsabilités

• Build production-grade agentic systems on AWS and OBZ's Neo platform with multi-agent orchestration and secure data handling.
• Define evaluation criteria and harnesses; ensure production readiness before deployment.
• Integrate with enterprise systems respecting legacy APIs and data constraints.
• Review and own code in production; adapt architecture as needed.
