Job summary

Absco is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build and deploy production‑grade AI solutions. You will work on LLM applications, RAG systems and intelligent agent workflows to automate processes and connect business systems across the Australian and Philippine teams.

The role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery from concept through testing to production, with emphasis on security, reliability and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial experience building and deploying AI solutions.
• Experience taking LLM, RAG or agentic AI solutions from experimentation through to production.
• Strong Python / C# .NET development skills.
• Experience with LLM APIs, vector databases and LangChain/LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic AI workflows.
• Develop AI agents capable of using approved tools and APIs and multi-step tasks.
• Build RAG solutions across structured and unstructured data.
• Develop document ingestion, embedding, retrieval and grounding pipelines.
• Integrate AI with ERP, inventory, manufacturing, sales, finance and CRM systems.
• Move solutions from proof of concept to production, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Establish automated testing and evaluation for accuracy, latency and cost.
• Ensure security with authentication, access controls and audit trails.
• Monitor model usage and optimise performance and costs.
• Document architecture, APIs, deployment processes and support procedures.
