Job summary

Prudential is seeking the Head of Agency Recruitment to lead the end-to-end strategy for sourcing and developing the agency workforce across the country. You will translate growth objectives into clear targets, build scalable pipelines, and ensure compliant, high-performing recruitment practices.

You will partner with Sales Directors and Agency Leaders, drive data-driven decisions, and steer programs such as campaigns and events to improve conversion from prospect to licensed advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in agency recruitment, sales leadership, or distribution development in insurance.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles with enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and refine end-to-end agency recruitment strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Oversee nationwide recruitment performance with data-driven interventions.
• Set expectations for Agency Leaders’ involvement in recruitment and accountability.
• Lead recruitment programs, campaigns, and sourcing innovations for better reach.
• Develop the Agency Recruitment team and cultivate leadership maturity.
• Advise senior management on workforce growth, trends, and risks; represent recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
