Klaiya in Manila seeks a Marketing & Content Manager to own brand presence, inbound pipeline, and editorial output. You will partner with creative and campaign teams to produce case studies, trend reports, and guides, while managing social channels and the corporate website.

This role requires 3–5 years of agency or digital marketing experience, strong copy and visual storytelling, and hands-on CMS and design-tool skills to drive client leads and industry recognition.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven marketing, content creation, or digital strategy experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing long-form content, social copy, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms.
• Understanding of performance marketing concepts, e-commerce trends, and digital advertising metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills to lead content projects from concept to distribution.

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and produce case studies, reports, and whitepapers.
• Own content strategy across Klaiya's social channels (LinkedIn; Instagram/TikTok).
• Create content campaigns and downloadable guides to drive inbound leads.
• Maintain and update Klaiya's corporate website and SEO-friendly pages.
• Coordinate Klaiya's presence at industry events, webinars, and awards submissions.
• Track and present monthly content performance metrics to leadership.
