Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking an Events Management/Promos role to support conferences, promotions, and engagement initiatives aimed at boosting agency participation and achieving sales KPIs. The role also develops and disseminates promotional materials and post-event reports, ensuring brand consistency and effective execution.

We value collaboration with Sales Heads, budget discipline, and strong design skills using Photoshop and Premiere.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in Events Management or Promos Management in a sales or marketing organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agency Sales and Support Heads in the implementation of promos and events.
• Implements event and promotions plans i.e., content, launch, updates, result, and post project materials.
• Assists in the rewards and recognition programs of Financial Advisors related to Activation, Production and Sales Persistency.
• Handles event expenses, ensures it is within budget and expense ratios.
• Handles vendors on event and promo requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Handles timely release of promos and event materials.
• Ensures promo and event materials consistent with Manulife’s branding identity.
• Design copies of promos and event materials.
• Handles records of officially released promo and event communications.
• Handles day-to-day concerns related to sales events and promotions.

Job description

Assists in the management of conferences, meetings, recognition programs, sales rallies, promotions, and engagement initiatives that drive agency force participation and support the achievement of sales objectives and key performance indicators. The role also supports the development and dissemination of promotional and event-related materials, including memos, updates, results communications, themes, briefing decks, advisories, and post-event reports, to ensure effective execution, continuous engagement, and successful program outcomes.
