Qualifications

- Experience in after-sales technical departments preferred.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical work order systems.
Responsabilités
- Oversee after-sales services and technical support.
- Develop and optimize after-sales technical support processes.
- Conduct inspections and provide improvement guidance on dealer workshop operations.
- Prepare, review, and release service technical documents.
- Assist in the development of IT systems for technical support.
- Organize localized training for product knowledge and new technology.
- Develop and execute technical training plans.
- Analyze causes of quality issues and develop countermeasures.
