Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service, after-sales, or related areas.
• Experience in after-sales technical departments preferred.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee after-sales services and technical support.
• Develop and optimize after-sales technical support processes.
• Conduct inspections and provide improvement guidance on dealer workshop operations.
• Prepare, review, and release service technical documents.
• Assist in the development of IT systems for technical support.
• Organize localized training for product knowledge and new technology.
• Develop and execute technical training plans.
• Analyze causes of quality issues and develop countermeasures.
