Farmers Insurance is seeking a Marketing Consultant II to join the Affiliate Marketing Team. You’ll drive data-driven decision making, improve partner performance, and support scalable customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with publishers and content creators.

This role focuses on performance analysis, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance engagement and results in a growing, rules-driven program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with agency partners, publishers, or third-party platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze affiliate partner performance to improve efficiency across traffic sources and LOBs.
• Validate results, monitor anomalies and fraud, ensure program compliance.
• Support optimization of campaigns via data analysis and testing (A/B).
• Manage relationships with affiliate partners and provide day-to-day support.
• Support campaign planning, including content like newsletters and partner comms.
• Create and analyze marketing content (email, direct mail, digital assets) to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, product, and partners on B2B marketing initiatives.
