Job summary

SCALIS is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Analyst to manage day-to-day relations with affiliates and influencers. You will focus on growing current relationships, setting up exclusive deals, recruiting partners, and consistently hitting KPIs for your book of business.

In this role you will handle high-volume email outreach, engage partners by phone, and craft communications that explain deal effectiveness while expanding the program to drive revenue and growth for the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; strong MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable partner strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build trust-based partner relationships.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor affiliate activity, identify improvements, and recommend actions to boost partner revenue.

• Negotiate commission rates, paid placements, and organic placements with affiliates.
• Analyze and report weekly/monthly performance metrics; optimize paid media and trackable links.
• Proactively recruit new affiliates and partners through research and referrals.
• Collaborate with diverse partners including influencers and SMB owners.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support evolving business needs.

The Affiliate Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing day-to-day relations with a dedicated group of our affiliates and influencers. In this role, you will focus on growing current relationships, setting up exclusive deals, recruiting potential partners, and consistently hitting KPIs for your book of business.

The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving and time-management skills, feels highly comfortable engaging in high-volume email outreach, and excels at communicating with affiliates over the phone. Communication is paramount in the affiliate space; our primary goal is to provide an industry-leading partner

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor affiliate activity, identify operational areas of improvement, and recommend actionable ways to increase partner-generated revenue.
• Maintain a high level of communication with partners. Work closely with them to ensure they understand which deals are performing best.
• Send daily offers to your top partners and design/distribute affiliate newsletters to inform partners of new products, campaigns, or program changes.
• Strategically negotiate commission rates, paid placements, and organic placements with affiliates.
• Analyze and report weekly/monthly performance metrics to the team. Optimize paid media placements, provide necessary trackable links, and analyze ongoing performance.
• Proactively recruit new affiliates and partners through independent research, industry referrals, and other strategic avenues.
• Maintain complete comfort working with a diverse range of partners, including digital influencers and small-to-medium business (SMB) owners.
• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience working directly in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing.
• Strong aptitude with MS Office products and Google Suite, with an advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable partner strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and build trust-based partner relationships.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, quality, and organization in all work outputs.
