Job summary

Kaizen Gaming is seeking an Affiliate Manager in the Philippines to lead Betano’s international launch. You will manage the affiliate network, collaborate with the Marketing team, and drive data-driven campaigns to maximize revenue.

You will negotiate with partners, optimize deals, and report performance while aligning with Country Manager directives and strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Affiliate marketing or similar role.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Based in the Philippines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Let’s start with the role:

As our new Affiliate Manager , responsible for Betano’s highly successful international launch, you will join a vibrant and energetic team. Your combined skills in affiliate marketing, media buying, and business development will play a pivotal role in the growth of Kaizen Gaming.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include managing the network of affiliates and publishers in the Philippines. You will be creating and implementing the agreed‑upon strategy with the Country Manager and the Marketing team while also making recommendations on campaign approaches and maximizing results. As a member of the broader marketing team, you will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support and execute campaigns that combine creative briefs with data-driven decisions.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will:

• Acquire new partners (including negotiations and deal optimization);
• Identify new acquisition channels, build business cases and execute campaigns;
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reports for the market;
• Implement promotional campaigns and Growth Strategies;
• Be responsible for Performance Monitoring & Reporting (including in-depth business KPI reporting and presentation);
• Provide proactive account management by offering solutions to affiliate partners and suggesting methods to increase revenue through copywriting techniques, promotional channels and unique marketing tactics;
• Manage our Ad-serving & Campaign-tracking platform;
• Monetize partnerships with major affiliates and publishers;
• Manage affiliate platform CRM & budget allocation, including commissions and budget spend;
• Stay up to date on competitors, industry trends and , relevant products and markets;
• Create and implement bonus incentive schemes for affiliates;
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates;
• Provide training and support in regards to the ad-serving platform;
• Identify opportunities for ad‑hoc activations and growth tactics.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or other relevant fields (a Master’s Degree in a related field will be considered a plus);
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate marketing or a relevant role (past experience in the iGaming / Sports / Casino industry is a plus);
• Native-level proficiency in English;
• Based in the Philippines;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Expertise in and adaptability to new practices and innovations in the field of Influence Marketing;
• Very strong numeracy skills with an advanced understanding of cost control;
• Excellent sales, negotiation and problem‑solving skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets as preferred tools for making data‑driven decisions;
• In‑depth understanding of commercial models and local market needs;
• Solid understanding of marketing techniques;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Fast learner and effective collaborator within a team;
• Ability to make business decisions based on data;
• Excellent understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies.
