HEBE BEAUTY COSMETICS INC. is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to expand our affiliate creator network and drive sales through creator-led content. You will recruit high-potential affiliates, manage relationships, and optimize performance using data insights.

You will coordinate seeding, briefs, incentives, and activation, while tracking GMV, content output, and conversions to scale successful partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL management, e-commerce, social media, or creator partnerships.
• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and creator/affiliate ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard high-potential affiliate creators relevant to the brand and target consumers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to encourage consistent content creation and product promotion.
• Drive affiliate GMV by activating creators around hero products, new launches, and key e-commerce campaigns.
• Identify and develop promising affiliates into high-performing, long-term brand partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance, including GMV, content output, conversion, and other KPIs.
• Analyze top-performing affiliate content and creators to identify winning content angles and opportunities for scale.
• Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, affiliate incentives, and activation requirements.
• Maintain an organized affiliate database and regularly track recruitment, activation, and performance progress.
