Security Bank Corporation is seeking an AFASA Detection Analyst to monitor transaction alerts and review fraud tools for early fraud detection. You will analyze data trends to prevent losses and maintain service levels, TAT, and review quality while delivering strong customer service.
You will also monitor metrics, manage account reactivations, review CRM cases, and process manual reports with a focus on accuracy and timely responses across channels.
As an AFASA Detection Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing transaction alerts from fraud tools for the early detection of fraudulent transactions. The position is also responsible for analyzing data and trends to prevent/minimize fraud losses by exceeding fraud detection targets, service levels, and TAT while maintaining review quality and providing good customer service.
