About the role

As an Aesthetician/IVT at Primestate Ventures, Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional beauty and skincare services to our clients, contributing to their confidence and wellbeing. Key responsibilities

• Provide a full range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures to clients.

• Assess clients' skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products tailored to their needs.

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and maintenance of treatment results.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.

• Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and skin conditions for continuity of care.

• Stay informed about new beauty trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve service quality.
