About the role

Fortune Esthe Beauty Clinic Salon is seeking a talented and dedicated IVT Aesthetician to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments to our clients. As an IVT Aesthetician, you will be at the forefront of our natural therapies and alternative medicine services, utilising intravenous therapy techniques to enhance beauty and wellness outcomes. This role is essential to maintaining our clinic's reputation for excellence and helping clients achieve their aesthetic and health goals through innovative, non-invasive treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer intravenous therapy treatments safely and effectively, following all established protocols and best practices
• Assess client skin conditions, health history and aesthetic goals to determine the most suitable IVT treatment plans
• Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and treatment areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Perform consultations with clients to explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes and post-treatment care instructions
• Monitor clients during and after IVT treatments to ensure comfort, safety and optimal results
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment logs and progress notes
• Educate clients on skincare routines and wellness practices that complement aesthetic treatments
• Collaborate with other aestheticians and clinic staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Stay updated on the latest techniques, products and advancements in aesthetic medicine and natural therapies
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional treatment environment at all times

What we’re looking for

• Valid certification or licensure as an aesthetician with specialised training in intravenous therapy (IVT) techniques
• Proven experience administering IVT treatments in a clinical or aesthetic setting
• Strong knowledge of skin biology, aesthetic conditions and treatment modalities within natural and alternative medicine
• Excellent understanding of sterile techniques, infection control protocols and safety standards
• Proficiency in venipuncture and IV administration with steady hands and precision
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanour befitting a premium beauty clinic
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
