Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) seeks a Materials Engineer to oversee all materials engineering, testing, inspection, and QA activities for aerodrome projects. You will ensure construction materials used for airside and landside facilities comply with approved specifications and contract requirements.

The role requires licensing as an engineer, DPWH accreditation, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in materials QA/QC for large infrastructure projects, including

Qualifications

Must be a licensed engineer.
Must possess DPWH Accredited Materials Engineer II for at least 10 years.
Proficient in reviewing material submittals, test reports, specifications and quality documentation.
Extensive experience with airport/aerodrome construction materials and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

Supervise materials testing, inspection and QA activities for aerodrome projects.
Ensure materials comply with specifications, standards and contract requirements through testing and verification.
Review material sources, mix designs, lab results and QC documentation.
Monitor field and lab testing for earthworks, concrete, asphalt, aggregates and other materials.
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve material quality issues.
