Ecosa seeks a senior QC and design-production leader to own the quality bar for advertising creative, statics and video, and to rebuild the team’s speed through process and AI tools. You will lead two Team Leaders and directly oversee six designers/editors in Manila, ensuring every ad meets the tested quality standards before deployment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in design, video production or creative production, with Western-market brands non-negotiable.
• At least 3 years managing people, including team leaders.
• Portfolio of paid-social advertising creative with performance context.
• Demonstrated QC ownership with a written rubric or process.
• Evidence of developing people through performance conversations and documented feedback.
• Process builder: turning chaotic pipelines into predictable SLAs and feedback loops.
• Fluent English, strong written and spoken.
• Genuine fluency or curiosity with AI creative tools for image/video generation and diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the quality-control system with write rubrics for each format.
• Act as final QC gate before deployment using checklists and documented feedback.
• Verify product claims against the approved claims library; AI-assisted checks rise in importance.
• Enforce the 360-degree discipline: one concept across formats beats duplicates.
• Set and publish turnaround SLAs per format and ensure 24-hour feedback cycles.
