Job summary

NeoWork is seeking an AI Content Production Moderator to join our creative services team. This role will be responsible for creating AI-generated content, performing quality assurance on outputs, and supporting high-volume creative production initiatives for enterprise brand clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia production or similar.
• Strong visual and spatial awareness for layouts, 3D/Matterport environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and QA skills.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage AI-generated content across creative projects and campaigns.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence.
• Edit and produce video content to support client deliverables and live streams.
• Support large-scale content production for enterprise clients with timely delivery and high quality outputs.
• Monitor and moderate AI-generated assets, resolving content issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and production processes.
• Learn and utilize proprietary platforms, tools, and emerging AI technologies.
• Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and operational efficiency in all deliverables.
