Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems is required.
• College degree or vocational certification in engineering/manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux‑Cored welding is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Reliable, mature, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Leadership skills to guide production staff.
• Computer and analytical skills for production data and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet schedules and optimize workflows.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines for safe, efficient output.
• Prepare and check materials according to product specs.

Advanced Production Operator

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Premierlabs Corporation is hiring a Production Operator as key members of the production team. This role is one of the main components of our manufacturing operations — directly responsible for operating and troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with the Production Supervisor, and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output. Candidates must have strong hands‑on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, along with the reliability and maturity required in a manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications

• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems (required).

• College degree or vocational certification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field (preferred).

• Knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux‑Cored welding (a plus).

• 2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting.

• Proven ability to work reliably and maturely, both independently and as part of a team.

• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support production staff.

• Computer and analytical skills for managing production data and improving efficiency.
