Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a maintenance technician to sustain and service electro-mechanical equipment used in Front of Line, End of Line, or Test Assembly areas.

The role involves diagnosing issues, performing PMs, and executing repairs to keep production running smoothly. Candidates should have at least 5 years in a semiconductor environment and hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a semiconductor company.
• Experience in Front of Line, End of Line, or Test Assembly.
• Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and maintain electro-mechanical equipment, jigs, tooling, and logistics in Front of Line, End of Line or Test assembly.
• Perform electrical, electronics or mechanical troubleshooting to identify non-functioning equipment; execute PM as assigned.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per layouts, manuals, and drawings.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to checkouts; rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
• May execute equipment modifications and projects as directed by manufacturing engineer, supervisor or manager.

Job Description:

• Responsible in sustaining and maintenance of electro mechanical equipments, jigs, toolings and logistics at Front of Line, End of Line (Back End) or Test assembly.
