Job summary

Teleperformance in the Philippines is seeking experienced specialists to assist clients with digital advertising and backend integration, including pixel setup, API troubleshooting, and campaign diagnostics.

You will analyze technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve platform performance and tracking accuracy, ensuring customer success and product quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in backend product support or ad tech engineering support.
• At least 12 months of API/SQL experience.
• Proficient with APIs, server side event tracking, webhooks, ITIL, and SDK implementations.
• Experience with Ads Manager or similar platforms.
• Ability to read and debug API payloads (JSON/XML).
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics.
• College graduates of IT-related courses are highly preferred.
