Job summary

Google Operations Center is hiring a Tech Process Team Lead for gTech Ads ORION in Manila. You will lead a specialized team of product experts, drive KPI and SLA attainment, and coordinate with Engg, CoE, and gAE to implement changes while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Google Ads products (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile) and Google Marketing Platforms.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and root causes to improve processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to product and AI solutions.
• Decision-making in customer-centric, ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized team of product experts for 1+ Product Areas (PA)
• Manage workflow, governance, and stakeholder updates
• Improve metrics and drive KPI/SLA attainment
• Drive initiatives to meet productivity and quality targets
• Compile and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance data
• Coordinate with Engg, CoE, and gAE teams to set KPIs and implement changes
• Navigate complex problems with a strong customer-centric mindset
• Oversee product, people, process, and customer issue handling
• Collaborate with cross-vertical leads and Ops managers to share best practices
• Maintain up-to-date trackers and documentation
• Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings to discuss performance and issues
• Communicate risks and propose solutions to stakeholders
• Demonstrate time-management and independent working capabilities
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold GOC values
