Liaise with immigration authorities and other government agencies to ensure compliance with student visa requirements
Prepare and submit necessary immigration documents, such as enrollment confirmations and visa support letters
Maintain accurate and confidential records of students' visa statuses and expiration dates
Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with immigration regulations (e.g., attendance, academic status)
Provide timely updates to families on immigration changes that may impact their status
Assist with student orientation and provide resources on living and studying in the host country
Coordinate with the admissions and registrar’s office to ensure timely communication and documentation
Represent the school during immigration audits or inspections if required
