Job summary

Information Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager for a logistics facility in Metro Manila.

You will oversee facility maintenance, security and safety, department relations, budgeting and compliance, plus vendor and staff supervision. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, licensed as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, and 8+ years of facilities management experience in logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• 8+ years proven experience in building or facilities management in a logistics industry.
• Knowledge of property systems, maintenance, and regulations.
• Computer literate.
• Safety trainings such as BOSH, OSH, LCM, HIRAC preferred.
• GDP, HACCP, ISO knowledge an advantage.

• With background on Good Distribution Practices (GDP), HACCP, ISO is an advantage for this post;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
