Job summary

WNS is seeking a security and safety professional to oversee daily operations and ensure a secure workplace for employees and visitors. The role emphasizes implementing policies, monitoring incidents, and coordinating with authorities to maintain compliance.

The candidate will lead security orienta­tions, ongoing training for security staff, and support business continuity through drills and actual emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, safety, facilities security, or related functions.
• Knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with government regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Strong incident investigation, report writing, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security and safety operations to ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor, investigate, and document security and safety incidents, events, and risks.
• Support BCP initiatives, emergency drills, and actual emergency response activities.
• Conduct security and emergency preparedness orientations and ensure ongoing training for security personnel.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement, government offices, and external stakeholders.
• Manage security-related processes, including employee exit clearances, access control, and security support for events and client visits.
• Ensure security and safety controls align with company, client, and government standards.
