Job summary

Fusion CX in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking an Admin and Facilities Manager to oversee 24/7 site operations. You will ensure reliable power, HVAC, security, and safety across production floors and offices, while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

You will drive regulatory compliance with PEZA, LGU permits, and safety standards, coordinate space planning for new campaigns, and lead business continuity drills to protect people and assets across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in large, 24/7 facilities environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 site operations including power, HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.

In the Philippine BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, an Admin and Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining smooth 24/7 site operations. They ensure uninterrupted power and IT environments, regulatory compliance, employee safety, and cost efficiency across production floors and office spaces.

Core Responsibilities

1. 24/7 Site Operations & Maintenance Management

• Ensure uninterrupted uptime for 24/7 BPO operations, including critical infrastructure like HVAC/air conditioning, backup generators (gensets), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, and lighting.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMP) for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Oversee site hygiene, janitorial services, pest control, and office layout setups for new campaign ramps or shift changes.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Government Relations

• Manage local government unit (LGU) requirements, such as Mayor's Permits, Building Permits, Fire Safety Inspection Certificates (FSIC), and Sanitary Permits.
• Oversee PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) compliance for tax-exempt equipment, gate passes, and movement of asset inventories.
• Enforce Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards mandated by DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and lead the Joint Safety & Health Committee.

3. Vendor & Lease Management

• Source, negotiate, and audit contracts for third-party vendors (security agencies, housekeeping, catering, shuttle transport, equipment repair).
• Liaise directly with property developers/building management regarding lease agreements, work permits, and shared utility billing.

4. Business Continuity & Disaster Management

• Lead the site’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for regional threats such as typhoons, power blackouts, earthquakes, and transport strikes.
• Manage workplace emergency response teams (ERT) and conduct routine fire and earthquake drills.
• Manage the department's Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) budgets.
• Oversee office supply procurement, asset tracking, warranty documentations, and space allocation to optimize seat utilization.
