Job summary

Virtustant in the Philippines is seeking an Ad Operations & Platform Specialist to help build and optimize our ad platform, configure campaigns, deliver campaigns, and generate client reports. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement features and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

The role requires turning challenges into technical solutions, testing new features for live campaigns, and streamlining operations to reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ad operations, campaign management, or digital advertising platform development.
• Technical skills to create reporting dashboards using available tools.
• 1+ years of work experience with SQL.
• Experience working with product or engineering teams.
• Familiarity with CPM advertising, impression delivery, pacing, and standard media reporting.
• Ability to manage many campaigns at once without missing details.

Responsibilities

• Work with product and engineering teams to design and build new features for the ad business.
• Turn campaign challenges into technical requirements and create solutions.
• Test new features to make sure they work for live campaigns before they are released.
• Set up, run, and watch advertising campaigns on the platform.
• Manage how ad impressions are delivered across all campaigns to ensure proper scheduling.
• Create and deliver campaign reports for clients.
• Build and maintain reporting templates and campaign setup processes.
• Find and remove manual tasks that take up too much time.
• Write down standard procedures for campaign operations as the team grows.
