Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Ad Ops Agent to support Campaign Execution and Ad Operations from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will assist with trafficking, tagging, QA, and monitoring across programmatic campaigns while collaborating with Account Managers on managed-service plans.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and scalable processes across multiple time zones. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in ad operations and experience with DV360 or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar).
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video units.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage global time zone coordination.

Responsibilities

• Traffic and deploy digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms.
• Assist campaign deployment across publisher environments with accurate tagging and tracking.
• Ensure timestamp tracking, tagging, and QA validation.
• Monitor campaigns in-flight and flag delivery, pacing, or technical issues.
• Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates.
• Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans.
• Maintain deployment forms, tracking matrices, and reporting inputs.
• Assist with campaign billing reconciliation and internal tracking.
• Help standardize execution workflows for higher-frequency deployment.
• Maintain accuracy across US and EMEA time zones and contribute to internal playbooks.

Job Summary

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Ad Operations

• Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and performance readiness prior to launch.
• Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging, and QA validation
• Monitor campaigns in-flight and flag delivery, pacing, or technical issues
• Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates

Campaign Management Support

• Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans
• Maintain documentation across order forms, deployment sheets, and tracking matrices
• Align reporting inputs with performance and timestamp data
• Assist with campaign billing reconciliation and internal tracking

Process & Scalability

• Help standardize execution workflows to support higher-frequency campaign deployment
• Maintain accuracy across global time zones (U.S. & EMEA coverage)
• Support internal documentation and operational playbooks

This role is primarily execution-focused and supports client-facing teams in a back-office capacity.

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented and operationally strong
• Comfortable managing multiple campaign workflows simultaneously
• Experienced in digital media trafficking or campaign support
• Process-driven with strong documentation habits
• Comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure flawless execution
