Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking an Ad Operations Analyst in Makati City on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will support campaign execution, trafficking, optimization, and reporting for ISS Media's U.S. brands, working with sales and editorial teams to ensure successful launches and client value.

The role emphasizes planning, QA, data analysis, and performance reporting, requiring 2–4 years in ad operations, GAM proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in ad operations or related field.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager and campaign trafficking.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising campaigns across ISS Media's U.S. brands.
• Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, testing, QA and launch.
• Monitor pacing, delivery and performance; optimize to meet goals.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with sales, editorial, and tech teams.
