Job summary

ISS STOXX in Makati City is seeking an ad operations professional for a permanent night shift (10pm–7am, Manila Time) with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days from home). The role focuses on campaign execution, pre-sale support, reporting, and cross-functional operational tasks for ISS Media’s U.S.

brands. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in ad operations or related fields, experience with GAM, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in ad operations, digital advertising, or media planning.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution & management across ISS Media's U.S. brands.
• Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, testing, QA, and launch activities.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance throughout lifecycles.
• Optimize campaigns to meet delivery goals and client objectives.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
