Job summary

You will manage actuarial and underwriting projects, apply advanced mathematics and statistics, and guide a high-performing team to align with management and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics or Statistics with professional license.
• Minimum of 4 actuarial examinations or related accreditation.
• Minimum 6 years of actuarial and risk analysis experience for pricing health products.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial and risk analysis to develop pricing for new and existing products.
• Initiate and manage actuarial/underwriting projects independently.
• Research health care cost trends and apply actuarial methods to reduce costs.
• Lead and develop actuarial and underwriting teams; coach and mentor staff.
• Oversee pricing and underwriting functions for medical, dental, life, and other products.
