Job summary

Manulife MBPS Actuarial is seeking an Actuarial Director, JP Pricing to strengthen pricing governance, modeling standards, and end‑to‑end pricing processes. You will partner with pricing, product, risk, finance, valuation, and IT to enhance workflows, controls, and scalable product pricing practices.

With 8–12+ years in life actuary pricing, you will lead governance initiatives, drive process improvements, and provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years actuarial experience in life insurance with pricing exposure.
• Progress toward fellowship; fellowship preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional actuarial projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve end-to-end pricing workflows and governance.
• Establish modeling standards, validation, and documentation requirements.
• Provide insights on product profitability and pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with product, risk, finance, and IT to drive scalable pricing.
• Communicate complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
