Sun Life in the Philippines seeks an Actuarial Manager, Par Management and Risk Modelling, to lead dividend studies, Par reporting, FCT, and risk sensitivity analysis. You will guide a team of actuarial professionals, ensure timely outputs, and drive improvements in processes and modelling approaches.

The role requires strong actuarial modelling knowledge, AXIS experience, and leadership skills to support business decisions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree with strong mathematical or statistical background.
• Minimum of 7 years of actuarial experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Hands-on experience with actuarial modelling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual dividend study process for traditional Par products.
• Manage quarterly valuation delivery for Par products (TVOG, UDL).
• Direct FCT: Financial Condition Testing, annual cycle.
• Oversee risk sensitivity models and quarterly results interpretation.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and model enhancement.
• Lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals.
