Job Summary

We are looking for AI Operations Analysts with a strong background in recruitment operations and hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of recruitment processes, operational workflows, and SOPs, along with the ability to make sound judgment-based decisions and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment operations, talent acquisition activities, and AI-powered recruitment workflows.
• Utilize AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
• Follow established recruitment SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks.
• Review recruitment-related information and make judgment-based decisions in accordance with established guidelines.
