Job summary

Dyson is seeking enthusiastic engineers to join the Technology Systems Engineering Team in Manila. You will create and implement technology to produce high quality, reliable products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new research into final designs.

You will drive validation through simulations, analytical modelling and experimental methods, document findings, and define requirements for performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience after graduation.
• Experience with CFD simulations and fluid dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement technology to produce high quality, reliable products.
• Improve experimental techniques and design methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new research into final designs.
• Resolve engineering problems and validate solutions with tests.
• Follow Dyson engineering practices to ensure robust designs delivered on time and on spec.
• Communicate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Lead design and research reviews as required.
• Conduct validation and simulations, analyze results, and document findings clearly.
• Define and document requirements for technology and performance.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships from initiation to completion.
• Interpret data to support informed project direction.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions.
