Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team.

You will process and reconcile customer payments, post cash, resolve disputes, and assist with new account creation, ensuring accuracy and timely application. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh Graduate to 1 year work experience.
• Experience in Cash Application, Dispute Management or Accounts Receivable is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with financial systems and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispute management: investigate and resolve customer disputes promptly.
• Cash application: post incoming payments and reconcile with invoices.
• Account creation: process credit applications and maintain customer data.
