The role involves billing, cash application, reconciliations, month-end closing, reporting, and client query resolution while ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• College graduate with AR experience.
• At least 2 years Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities for the Australian account.
• Process customer billing and invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform cash application and ensure correct payment allocations.
• Conduct account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve items.
• Prepare and post JVs; support month-end closing and reporting.
• Respond to client and internal queries and escalate complex issues.
