TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an AR Team Manager based in Cebu City, onsite, aligned to Australian time zone. The role focuses on leading AR operations, month-end close, and team development. You will manage billing, cash applications, account reconciliations, JVs, and KPI reporting, while ensuring SLAs are met.

Responsibilities

• AR Operations: Manage billing, cash applications, account reconciliations, and journal entries (JVs) in the client system.
• Month-End Closing: Handle reviews, approvals, and exception management.
• Team & People Management: Hire, retain, motivate, and grow talent; assign tasks and track performance.
• Reporting & SLAs: Review and finalize SLAs, monitor KPIs, and prepare business or process review decks.
