Job summary

The HIRD Corp. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to join our logistics client on a 100% onsite basis in the Philippines. The role focuses on AR operations with SAP ERP or SAP Business One, handling daily transactions and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of AR experience, with strong communication and analytical skills. Start date ASAP or within 2–3 weeks, schedule aligned to Australian time zone.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of AR experience.
Direct experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounts receivable transactions and ensure accurate processing of financial records.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment transactions.
Prepare accounts receivable reports and monitor aging balances.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve billing and payment concerns.
Ensure compliance with established financial procedures and company policies.
