Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an entry-level accountant to maintain accurate financial records and assist with day-to-day accounting tasks in our Greenhills, San Juan City office.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related fields, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills. You will process sales documents, manage payments, and support the Senior Manager - Finance in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
