Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Accounts – Receivable Collection Officer in Manila. You will manage non-portal debtor accounts, pursue timely collections, maintain accurate customer payment records, and ensure transparent data in the ERP system.

Formación

• 2 years Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a medium-to-large organization.
• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor debtor aging and follow up on overdue accounts by phone and email.
• Ensure timely collection of invoices in line with credit terms.
• Maintain up-to-date communication logs and collection records in ERP.
• Reconcile customer accounts and allocate payments.
• Prepare and distribute monthly client statements.
• Collaborate with billing and project teams to resolve invoicing issues.
