Job summary

AFRY is seeking a finance professional to perform transactional activities in P2P with potential movement into O2C. Based in Manila, you will ensure accurate posting of vendor invoices, manage AP inquiries, and support process improvements within the Global Hub framework.

The role requires 2–4 years of finance experience and strong Excel/ERP skills, with a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset and a focus on accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance work experience desirable; entry-level considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, learning-oriented mindset with accountability.

• Execute daily P2P activities including coding and posting vendor invoices.

Overall Description:

Performs transactional finance activities in line with established procedures and templates

Reports to:Manager Process Global Hub

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include coding and posting vendor invoices, managing AP inquires, creating self-billing invoices, reconciliations, etc.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has a collaborative and learning-oriented mindset while continuously demonstrating interest and care for people.
• Results driven and client centric with sense of accountability, shown through ambition, attention to detail and desire to actively contribute to business results.
