Job summary

AFRY, a global power sector leader, is seeking a finance professional to perform transactional activities in Manila. You will handle P2P tasks with potential to grow into O2C, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while collaborating with a global team.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of university study in accounting/finance and 2–4 years of finance experience, with strong ERP and MS Office skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and learning-oriented mindset with care for people.
• Results driven and client-centric with accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities depending on role assignment.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues and continue skill development through collaboration.

Overall Description: Performs transactional finance activities in line with established procedures and templates
Success Criteria:

• Previous experience and understanding of transactional finance activities.

Reports to: Manager Process Global Hub
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include coding and posting vendor invoices, managing AP inquires, creating self-billing invoices, reconciliations, etc.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.
