Job summary

LEWIS GLANZ CONSULTING - MCV is seeking an experienced AP Vendor Debits Specialist to manage vendor reconciliations, debit/credit claims, disputes, and account clearing from our hybrid office in McKinley West, Taguig. The role requires 1.5–3+ years of AP/vendor debits experience, strong reconciliation and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment, including night shifts.

Collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and involvement in month-end close and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 1.5–3+ years of AP/vendor debits experience.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and vendor management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to handle high-volume work.

• Reconcile vendor statements, debits, credits, and accounts

• Investigate invoice/claim discrepancies and vendor disputes

• Manage aging, offsets, write-offs, paybacks, and credit adjustments

• Validate vendor claims and payment-related information

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

• Support month-end activities and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 1.5–3+ years of relevant AP/Vendor Debits experience

• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and vendor management skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment

• Willing to work night shift and hybrid in McKinley West, Taguig
