LEWIS GLANZ CONSULTING - MCV is seeking an experienced AP Vendor Debits Specialist to manage vendor reconciliations, debit/credit claims, disputes, and account clearing from our hybrid office in McKinley West, Taguig. The role requires 1.5–3+ years of AP/vendor debits experience, strong reconciliation and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment, including night shifts.

Collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and involvement in month-end close and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 1.5–3+ years of AP/vendor debits experience.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and vendor management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to handle high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements, debits, credits, and accounts.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes.
• Manage aging, offsets, write-offs, and credit adjustments.
• Validate vendor claims and payment-related information.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; support month-end processes.
