Job summary

Xerox Philippines in Cebu is seeking a Global Spend Management Accounts Payable Team Lead to help drive accuracy, service excellence, and continuous improvement across AP operations.

You will coordinate workloads, resolve escalations, monitor AP processes, and prepare reports to support decisions. A strong background in Accounts Payable and experience with SAP, Oracle, E-Automate, or Concur is preferred, plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant intermediate-level experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AP systems such as SAP, Oracle, E-Automate, or Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Accounts Payable operations, coordinate workloads, and monitor performance.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and ensure timely resolution of invoices and payments.
• Monitor AP controls and processes to support accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze AP and procurement reports to inform decisions and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting capabilities.

What You Will Do:

• Lead daily Accounts Payable operations, coordinate workloads, and monitor team and service performance

• Monitor Accounts Payable transactions, controls, and processes to support accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
• Prepare and analyze operational, Accounts Payable, and procurement reports to support business decisions and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, system utilization, and reporting capabilities across Accounts Payable operations

What You Need to Succeed:

• 6 or more years of relevant intermediate-level experience
• College degree required for advanced roles, with Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Accounts Payable processes or systems such as SAP, Oracle, E‑Automate, or Concur is a plus
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus
