Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field
• More than 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
• Knowledgeable in SAP system
• Computer literate, organized, detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely for check and non-check payables with proper documentation and approvals
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile records with stock on hand
• Prepare and process payment transactions and maintain accurate AP records
• Analyze GL accounts to verify accuracy of accounting entries

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related courses
