Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an accounting professional in the Philippines to perform transactions with accuracy and quality under the supervision of a Team Leader. You will support clerical tasks, implement process improvements, and assist junior staff while maintaining compliance with SLAs and procedures.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in finance, strong English skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP or other ERP systems, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of finance experience, especially in accounting processes.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficient PC/office suite use.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting transactions with quality as directed by Team Leader.
• Provide clerical support and organize workflow.
• Collaborate with team and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Suggest process improvements to raise quality and efficiency.
• Assist in training junior staff and documenting procedures.
