Job summary

JF Draf Corporation in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable professional to support financial operations. You will process payments, verify invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain payment records with accuracy.

You will coordinate with vendors, assist with payroll-related expense processing, prepare monthly reports, and contribute to ongoing improvements of the payment workflow to ensure timely disbursements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and control expenses by receiving payments, verifying, and reconciling invoices for processing.
• Keep track of all payments and expenditures including payroll, POs, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintain historical records.
• Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
• Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; respond to vendor inquiries.
