Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Finance/Systems specialist to support SAP AFC implementations and ongoing finance transformations in the Manila area. You will help develop closing templates, perform testing, and assist data validation during project phases.

The role emphasizes collaboration with finance teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Finance or Finance systems.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
Experience with financial closing processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and rollout of SAP AFC.
Develop closing templates, task lists, dependencies, and process variants.
Participate in workshops to gather business requirements.
Support testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist with data validation and issue resolution during project phases.
Provide day-to-day support for SAP AFC users.
Monitor closing execution and assist in resolving operational issues.
Maintain closing task lists and process documentation.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
