Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of finance experience, especially accounting processes.
• Good communication skills and customer orientation.
• Excellent business English or service recipient language.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting transactions with required quality according to job description and tasks by Team Leader.
• Provide other clerical and work organization duties.
• Perform other specific accountabilities as directed and independently.
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Provide training to Junior Accountants or new team members.
• Create and maintain Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to service levels (SLA) and company policies.
