Job summary

onsemi in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines invites applications for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manually match 3-way invoices to receipts and disposition holds promptly. You will handle vendor inquiries, reconcile accounts, and propose practical solutions to accounting problems.

The role supports the monthly AP close, accruals and aging reviews, assists in audit schedules (financial, SOX), and participates in AP clean-up projects in coordination with the shared service team.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accountancy or related accounting courses.
• 2–5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Oracle knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient with Windows MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (shuttle bus provided).

• 2-5 years working experience in Accounts Payable Process;
• Oracle knowledge is an advantage;
• Computer literate and familiar with Windows applications such as Word, Spreadsheets, Powerpoint and etc;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team environment and with great organizational and time management skills;
• Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (shuttle bus provided).
